WAZync acts as a **WhatsApp Cloud API Platform Provider** and is a registered **Meta Tech Partner**. Our Services are subject to, and you must comply with, Meta's Platform Terms and the WhatsApp Business Policy. ### 1.3 WhatsApp Cloud API Usage — Mandatory Compliance By using WAZync's WhatsApp features, you agree to the following obligations required by Meta and Indian law: 1. **Opt-In Consent:** You must obtain explicit, documented opt-in consent from every end-customer before sending them any WhatsApp message. Bulk messaging without prior consent is strictly prohibited. 2. **Prohibited Content:** You must not send content that is illegal, defamatory, harmful, or violates the Information Technology Act, 2000. 3. **Data Responsibility:** You are the Data Controller for all end-customer data processed via your WABA under the DPDP Act, 2023. ### 1.4 Governing Law & Jurisdiction These Terms are governed by the laws of the **Republic of India**.
